AIS Mexico has won the tender for the maintenance of SHF Index of Housing Prices 2012. This index was developed by AIS in 2008 and is published periodically by the Federal Mortgage Society (SHF), being an official reference for the Mexican market.
The SHF Index is a statistical indicator that allows for rates of appreciation or depreciation of housing, over time, by geographical region. SHF, through this mechanism developed by AIS provides periodically quality and timely information about the value of housing in Mexico.
